REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

At MyAnalyst, we strive to deliver a high-quality and reliable platform for your research and data analysis needs. If you experience any technical issues or service disruptions that prevent you from using the platform as intended, please contact us at support@myanalyst.co within 7 days of your purchase.

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

You encountered a critical error that rendered the platform unusable and our support team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
You were mistakenly charged or experienced a billing error.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for:

User error or dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described prior to purchase.
Trial or monthly plans once a billing cycle has begun.
Services rendered or downloadable products already accessed.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
